Following a transition in architectural leadership, our firm was commissioned to design a project occupying a full city block along 6th Street in Austin. I assumed responsibility for the project during a full redesign phase. Shortly before permit issuance, the Historical Board requested a significant revision to the 6th Street façade. The resulting scheme introduced a segmented brick base reflecting the texture of adjacent historic buildings, topped by a recessed contemporary metal façade.

I led a two-person team in developing the Revit model for construction exhibits and producing renderings in Lumion. Construction is scheduled to be complete in 2027.
