The primary street elevation was largely complete when I joined this project. I developed the remaining three street elevations and courtyard exterior using a clean contemporary design language to create a cohesive architectural identity across the building facades.

I led a two-person team in developing the Revit model and producing D5 renderings for construction exhibits. This client struggled with programming and utility infrastructure under a short schedule causing several major re-designs. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2027.
